Learning the traditional form of Hatha yoga -A journey thru 32 asanas (postures) and 4 days of yoga life,honoring the original teaching in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. We learn what are the many benefits of each posture and “how to” practice the postures correctly, with specific breathing and proper focus. Taught with love and care, which is the key ingredient to any successful study of this nature. An excellent course for all aspiring yoga students and teachers alike. This course includes daily meditation and chanting, Ayurvedic wisdom and a clean healthy diet.
